Stavroula Kampouridou
Stavroula Kampouridou is the CEO of DIAS S.A., Greece’s Automated Clearing House (ACH), since January 2021. Under her leadership, DIAS has achieved five consecutive years of record growth, expanded instant payments in Greece and Cyprus, completed its migration to instant payments, and processed €545 billion in transactions in 2025. The IRIS service has surpassed 4.3 million active users, accelerating nationwide adoption of instant Account-to-Account payments.
She has over 20 years of experience in technology, payments, and financial innovation. Prior to DIAS, she served as Technology Advisor to the Governor of the Bank of Greece, launching the FinTech Innovation Hub and Greece’s first Regulatory Sandbox. She has also held senior roles at the National Bank of Greece and IBM.
She serves on the Board of Directors of EACHA and as Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee member at HelleniQ Energy Holdings S.A. and Fourlis Holdings S.A. She holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science with distinction from the University of Athens and an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, earned on full scholarship.
